On January 31, 2023, Biodiv Laboratorios was founded with the purpose of protecting our patients’ health through the prevention and timely diagnosis of possible diseases, while providing high-quality, compassionate, and responsible service, always putting our patients first.

Patients Platform

We developed a platform to make it easier for our laboratory to connect with our patients, allowing payment receipts, results, and more to be delivered by email or WhatsApp. It also provides access to test history, at-home sample collection requests, billing, and other tools, while making it easier for us to connect with physicians and companies.

WhatsApp as a contact method

We know that many people today have access to WhatsApp, so we aim to use it as our primary contact method for those who prefer not to make phone calls, making communication with us easier and more convenient.
