Do you deliver results via WhatsApp or email?
Yes, we provide results via WhatsApp, email, our patient platform, or in print, depending on your preference. We currently do not support other platforms, such as Telegram, but we hope to offer these options soon.
Can I request at-home testing?
Yes, you can contact us by phone, WhatsApp, or email to ask about available times and schedule your appointment.

At-home testing is subject to our terms and conditions, service availability in your area, and an additional fee based on your location.
How long do results take?
Turnaround times vary depending on the test. Once your test order is created, we will provide the estimated delivery time for your specific tests, which may range from one hour to several days.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept credit cards, debit cards, cash, bank transfers, and online credit or debit card payments. For bank transfers, we must wait until the payment is reflected in our account, regardless of whether a receipt has been issued by Banxico or the sender’s bank. For security reasons, we do not accept checks or grocery vouchers.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards.

Do you offer INADEM discounts?
Yes, by presenting your INADEM card, you can receive a 5% to 10% discount on selected tests. These discounts cannot be combined with other discounts, but they may be combined with non-discount promotions. For example, if we offer a 10% discount promotion, the discounts cannot be combined; however, if we offer a gift promotion, both benefits may apply. Terms and conditions apply.
Can I purchase tests online?
Of course. You can pay for your tests on our website. Afterward, simply show our staff the email containing your reference number. We will provide you with your receipt and proceed with your tests.
